free remodeling, my personal challenge

Many people like to do crosswords or learn tongue twisters. To me, there is nothing that I love more than doing remodeling for a home or apartment floor plan design. The more complicated it looks more motivates me to seek the best use of the smallest space. I like to enter the Internet, to look for apartments that are rented and do the remodeling only as a blueprint. I do not want to make an architectural drawing. I know how to make it. I was a teacher of architectural drawing, industrial drawing, and solar architecture. You will not find this drawing here. My challenge is to correct a home design giving the same uses to the spaces but eliminating or reducing this unnecessary corridor with open spaces. I want to design big rooms or add an extra bedroom if it is possible. Instead, to play drawing remodeling apartments without benefit, I can help other people who need it. Beginning this blog, I hope to find people who are interested in helping me. This small apartment has a large bathroom, and a single room with good lighting, a double sofa bed, and a mini kitchen.

Proposal:

1. to reduce the bathroom by changing the tub for a shower.

2. to change the kitchen at the entrance to use the corridor.

3. to change the closet next to the Kitchen.

4. to design a closet that allows placing a plasma television.

This apartment is spacious has a bathroom on the entrance, living room and kitchen in open space and a single bedroom.

Proposal:

1. To keep the space open for the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

2. To place the room at the entrance.

3. To place the kitchen near the room taking advantage of its lighting.

4. To place the dining room near the kitchen.

5. To place 2 bedrooms each with a window to take advantage of natural light.

6. To place a small office or alcove in the back.

7. To reduce the bathroom and place it near the bedrooms.

8. To reduce the integral kitchen.

Proposal

1. To leave a small office at the entrance in open space.

2. To reduce the bathroom and place it crosswise to leave more space to stay.

3. To change the bedroom to the front so that it has natural lighting.

4. To leave the kitchen in its place.

5. To place the living and dining room next to the kitchen to take advantage of the light.

This small department is very wide and is badly used.

Proposal:

1. To keep the space open.

2. To take advantage of the width of the department to place a longitudinal closet and a bookcase.

3. To reduce the bath and place it transversely to leave more free space.

4. To place a queen size bed near the window so that it has natural lighting.

5. To expand the kitchen in the same place.

6. To place the room in the middle using the closet and a bookcase to watch plasma TV.

This small apartment stands a labyrinth. Enter the bedroom surround a sofa bed to enter the kitchen and bathroom.

Proposal:

1. Leave a hallway and bathroom/closet upon entry

2. Place in the open space a small room on the left and kitchen on the right.

3. Place a bedroom on the right and an alcove in the back.

Limitation:

I would have liked not to leave that a hallway but I did not achieve it.
